NeTonya Grant grew up around the world as her father worked abroad for most of her childhood, and she spent the majority of her summers in various countries overseas, developing a love for different languages and cultures. NeTonya majored in Spanish at Cal State Long Beach, and spent a year studying abroad in Granada, Spain. 

After graduating, she lived in Japan for two years teaching English to schoolchildren. While in Japan, NeTonya became fascinated with photography and she quickly built a successful business in Los Angeles, focusing primarily on wedding and portrait photography, digital photo-retouching, and headshots for aspiring actors. She has also conducted workshops for actors and photographers on how to successfully create the optimal headshot. 

NeTonya believes that everyone has a talent or a gift that should be shared with the world.
